Student Residences
Finding housing in Paris can be challenging for both French and international students. To simplify the process, PSL has created the PSL Housing Welcome Service ».
Depending on your situation, PSL offers various housing solutions and support services.
PSL has agreements with housing providers offering residences that are easily accessible by public transport and located within approximately 30 minutes of your study site (the median commute time in the Île-de-France region). These accommodations are offered at rates adapted to your financial situation, with no hidden fees or overcharges. To benefit from these opportunities, simply complete this quick and easy form: 👉 https://forms.office.com/e/9LwL0bKA8x
Your request will be prioritized, and you will receive personalized support at each stage.
You may choose between:
• Subsidized housing (eligible for Aide Personnalisée au Logement – APL)
• Standard student residences (eligible for Allocation de Logement Sociale – ALS)
Priority criteria for subsidized housing include:
• Being a CROUS or Campus France scholarship recipient
• Distance from family residence
• Enrollment at PSL for at least one year
For standard residences, only distance from the family home is considered.
EPHE reserves several rooms at CIUP and CROUS residences for international students.
To ensure affordable housing and proximity to academic facilities for students at the Condorcet Campus, the campus will offer 450 housing units ranging from 18 to 28 m², across two residences:
• One located to the north, near a sports field and university restaurant
• One to the east, near a sports field and the Front Populaire metro station
These residences will be managed by the ARPEJ association, already active in the area.
Note: Reservations for student apartments on the Condorcet Campus are currently available only to French students.
