EPHE-PSL Students: University Exchange Programs

Exchange student status is intended for Master's and PhD students enrolled at EPHE-PSL who wish to spend a semester or a year at a foreign higher education institution with which EPHE-PSL has signed an international cooperation framework agreement* for international cooperation* without obtaining a degree there.

Students must choose their destination by consulting the list of international cooperation framework agreements to which EPHE-PSL is a signatory.

After obtaining approval from their academic tutor or thesis director, students must contact the International Relations Department at EPHE-PSL, who will then proceed with their nomination to the partner institution.

For mobility in the first semester of year N+1, students must contact the department in May of the current year, and for mobility in the second semester of year N+1, students must contact the department in December of the current year.

Students must pay their registration fees at EPHE-PSL, and they will be exempted from the registration fees at the host institution.

Subject to the agreement of the host higher education institution, the International Relations Department of EPHE-PSL can establish a learning agreement for the recognition of the student's academic achievements in France.

* Only agreements that include a “student exchange" component allow for mobility.
