Staff Researchers at EPHE-PSL. Setting Up a Cooperation Project
The École Pratique des Hautes Études - PSL has developed expertise in assisting with the setup and management of national, European, and international research and cooperation projects. The monitoring of these programs are divided between the International Relations Department and the Research Department, with the latter’s MsPro Unit assisting with the setup and monitoring of research projects.
Who to contact?
1. If you are setting up an international university and/or scientific cooperation project
You wish to receive support in responding to:
- An international call (AUF, OIF…),
- An European call (Erasmus+ programme),
- A national call (MEAE, AFD, MESR…),
- Formalise a partnership (bilateral or a consortium of institutions…).

2. If you are setting up a research project
You wish to receive support in responding to:
- An European call (Horizon Europe programme, ERDF funds…),
- A national call (ANR, PIA, BPI, ADEME…),
- A regional call or local call.
=> Contact the Research Department MsPro Unit for assisting with the setup and monitoring.
3. For Further Information
Campus France is a public agency which promotes mobility and scientific cooperation between France and other countries.
- It has compiled a directory of mobility schemes and scholarships for study and research purposes. To research funding:
=> Consult the portal appelsprojetsrecherche.fr which centralises all information on calls for projects and applications carried out by major French research project funders, including ADEME, ANR, Inserm, ANRS, Anses and INCa.
- In order to strengthen strategies for attracting researchers in the humanities and social sciences to France, and to support them is submitting funding projects in Europe or internationally, the French Network of Institutes for Advanced Study (RFIEA) foundation has designed a main tool:
=> Consult the platform fundit.fr, in partnership with the Fondation de la Maison des Sciences de l’Homme (FMSH) and with support from the National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS). This tool is accompanied by support tools and assistance for project submissions.
