Archives
Within the Research Department of the EPHE–PSL, the archivists from the Archives, Open Science and Documentation Department have been collecting, classifying, conserving and communicating the various collections of the EPHE-PSL since its creation in 1868, whether they come directly from the administration or from research and teaching activities.
In 2020, more than fifty archival collections, or about 450 linear meters, were transferred to the Humathèque (the Great Documentary Equipment) on the Campus Condorcet.
The final archives are transferred to the National Archives which make the documents available to the public.

Conditions for consulting documents
The communication of archival documents is governed by the Heritage Code. The documents can only be consulted by appointment after prior contact with the department’s archivists.
Timetables
Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 6 pm.
Summer closure in August.
